Why Conscious Core Creation Course?

Consciousness is about intention, centering your thoughts.. it's about focus, it's about clarity. It's about awareness in seeing that vision and being able to clearly explain what it is, who it is to help, how it is going to help,

Core recognizes that this idea, this yearning, this desire, this passion, this calling didn't come from nowhere it came from deep inside you. That space that some call soul, some call Divinity, some call God, some call Spirit, some call intuition. It doesn't matter the name we choose to use what is important is that we understand and recognize that this is what or who connects humanity.. that is what makes us feel a constant pull toward the hurt, the pain, the suffering, the injustice we perceive in the world.

Creation is about Inspired action.. physically doing what needs to be done so that the vision or what you have seen as the challenge is solved. Not just doing work but completing meaningful tasks to bring about the positive change you want to see in the world, manifesting and seeing it in your minds as is more important than the physical labor.

Frequently Asked Questions

I don’t have time to sit on webinars for hours…will this course work for me?

Short answer: Yep
Long answer: We know that most of our clients work full time, have family obligations, and frankly don’t want their nonprofit to take over their life. We have structured the modules in small segments to allow you to have time to absorb the material while living your life. We do suggest you block out time and let people who may need you know you are unavailable so you can truly focus on creating your nonprofit.

Can I finish the course in one weekend?

We offer a drip release of the content which gives you a week in between each module. We are covering a lot and this course is about GETTING IT DONE not just going through and listening to the content. You will experience the greatest success if you reserve at least 90 minutes per module in a quiet place where you can focus on experiencing the vision you are creating.

How is this course different than all the other business startup courses out there?

Most importantly, each Conscious Core Creation Course module begins with activities to help you become centered and focused on your nonprofit. We guide you from your heart (core) and help you to manifest (create) the change you want to see in the world with intentional action (conscious). Simultaneously, you are shown how to complete the documents that are necessary to start your 501(c)3 correctly.

I don’t have a bunch of people I know or trust to help run a corporation, should I just wait until I find the right people?

Nope: If you build it…they will come. We believe that your desire to have a strong, effective Board is more than enough to establish the Board you need. We will provide resources and suggestions for how to build a strong Board regardless if you already know the members or not. Remember, a nonprofit organization lives and grows just like a baby, and the “perfect caregivers” will emerge when the time is right.

How do I determine if I need the 1023-EZ or the regular 1023 application?

Please consider the financial goals of your organization. If you anticipate your nonprofit organization making more than $500,000 in the first 3 years you must file the Regular 1023.
The IRS charges $275 for the EZ and $600 for the regular 1023.

The Incorporator and Registered Agent can be the same person. The person has to be a legal resident of the state where the nonprofit wants to incorporate.
